Visit The South

The south is full of some amazing places to visit. If you’re after sea and sand then places like Brighton, Bournment and Cornwall should definitely be on your list of places to research. Quieter places such as Portsmouth and Somerset are also really nice places to spend time. If you’re looking for more of a nature-themed break then heading to The New Forest in Hampshire is a must – if you’re lucky you’ll even see wild horses and other animals while you’re there.

Go Up North

Blackpool and Morecambe are both great beaches to visit if you’re heading to the North West, of course, the North East has plenty to see and do too! A city break in Manchester, something a little quieter in the Lack District or even a visit to the picturesque parts of Northumberland are all on offer, Liverpool offers great shopping opportunities and quieter places like Lytham St Annes give you the perfect opportunity to do some much needed relaxation.

What About Scotland?

Although Scotland has a bad reputation for weather, it’s definitely somewhere that should be on your vacation list! City breaks, mountains and even Loch Ness Monster hunting helps to ensure that there is something for the whole family to see and do.
